Our Doctoral Student Xue Huili Has Been Awarded the Honorary Title of “Longma Academic Star” for Graduate Students in 2023

    Recently, in the evaluation of the 2023 “Longma Academic Star” for graduate students organized by the Graduate Company, Xue Huili, a doctoral student of grade 2020 of our Company majoring in enterprise management, was selected as the “Longma Academic Star” for graduate students in 2023.

               

              

    Xue Huili's research interests are corporate finance and regional economics. Under the joint guidance of professor Zhou Weizhong and associate professor Zhang Guangli, 5 academic papers have been published or accepted by domestic and foreign journals such as “Economic Research Journal”, “The Journal of World Economy” and “Singapore Economic Review”. She presided over three projects, i.e. the 2022 CUFE Doctoral Students’ Key Topic Selection Support Program, the 2021 CUFE Science and Education Integration Graduate Academic Star Incubation Program and the 2020 Business Company Doctoral Students’ Key Topic Selection Support Program, and actively participated in a number of national level scientific research projects. Besides, she won the National Scholarship for 2022, the First-class Scholarship for Doctoral Candidates, the Hongji Shiye Student Comprehensive Quality Excellence Award and the First Prize of the 20th “Challenge Cup” Extracurricular Academic Paper Competition for Students of the Central University of Finance and Economics.

              

    In recent years, the Business Company has made innovations and achieved good results in the cultivation of academic graduate students. Taking the AACSB certification as an opportunity, the Business Company has clarified the goals, positioning and competency system of graduate cultivation and formulated a targeted and distinctive cultivation plan; besides, the Business Company strengthens the quality control of the entire process of graduate cultivation, implements a doctoral tutor system, explores the measures for enrollment of PhD programs, and promotes academic training through academic practice, so as to further improve the quality of academic graduate cultivation.
